Updated 10/30/12: Hill East weathered the storm relatively well. I took a walk around the neighborhood this morning and didn’t see any trees on houses or blocking streets and sidewalks. Continue to report any downed trees on public space to 311. Federal government, DC government and DC Public Schools are all open tomorrow. Trash & recycling pickup also resumes on Wed., Oct. 31. If you were scheduled for pickup on Monday or Tuesday, DPW is asking you to hold your trash until next week.
